I am plant breeder and physiologist. Apart I have diverse experience in research and development in policy sector, biodiversity, food security etc. Currently I am working as Asst. Professor at Organic Agriculture Program, Madan Bhandari University of Science and Technology, Nepal. Past I have worked at Nepal Academy of Science and Technology, Policy Research Institute-Nepal, CIMMYT-Nepal, IRRI-Phillipines as researcher, breeder and seed system expert.
